Augusta Harris

As the daughter of a former army officer who served as usher at the wedding of HRH Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer, it might be understandable that Augusta's favorite engagements involve seeing the Changing of the Guard and Royal Palaces.  Throughout her youth she lived, studied and worked across Europe developing a lifelong passion for culture and languages, she speaks fluent French, good Italian and basic Spanish.  One of Augusta's most popular days involves afternoon tea and discussion of its history and etiquette.  Afternoon tea is in her blood as her food journalist and Cordon Bleu chef mother once made the afternoon tea for the Royals and their guests at Caernarvon Castle.
