About the Role:


We are seeking to fill an additional position with a minimum of 25 hours per week. With this challenging and fast paced position, the ideal candidate will require excellent time management and exceptional organizational skills. Efficiency and accuracy in your tasks are key to success.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a keen interest in expanding your knowledge in order to advance your career. Not only do you have aspirations to explore the world but you have already traveled and experience many destinations around the globe, bring those first-hand accounts to life.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer/keyboarding skills

  • High degree of accuracy with fine details, numbers and the management and safeguarding of personal information

  • Self-disciplined with an ability to work with minimal supervision at times

  • Desire to foster and build client relationships

  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines within a rapidly changing electronic environment

  • Strong aptitude for creative thinking and problem solving

  • Desire for continued learning and personal growth

  • Completion of a recognized travel certification program would be considered an asset although not essential

  • Prior travel consulting and sales experience would be a benefit although not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client database and relationships

  • Provide detailed travel quotations in a timely manner

  • Consult with clients, research/plan and provide suitable product suggestions based on specific criteria provided by client 

  • Complete reservations proficiently, provide detailed consulting including but not limited to insurance options, visa and passport requirements

  • Maintain highest standards of quality control and customer service

  • Professional demeanor
